Zeros across the board! Do not come here! Do not drop your loved one off here my VETERAN uncle was transported to the hospital with e-coli and several other issues under the care of this facility. Horrible conditions ,they took him from us. He was a strong, able man before living here and in one month he deteriorated in health becuase of the conditions and staff .
