In addition to ensuring us they work with Medi-Cal waiver programs, the sales team offered us a great move-in rate and discounts, and even followed up with us twice to encourage us to sign. The Executive Director was amazing, and the nurse and entire staff were very personable, caring, and attentive. They made everyone feel welcomed and supported.
