I recently moved my 94 year old mom to this facility. The moving process was smooth, the staff were available and helpful. She has consistent caregivers who are kind and capable. The activities are varied and the staff try to get her out and involved. Her room and the rest of the facility are kept very clean. This is a cockroach infested Senior Facility. Some residents complain about certain care managers ( caregivers ) not providing adequate care, team leads are informed, then the new GM is informed and nothing is done about it.
