    Came and toured this facility. Had an appointment scheduled for 1pm and showed up at 1. They didn't know when I was coming. Place was stuffy, dirty and very cluttered. Noticed discolored mold coming through the hardwood floors. Only one VERY small bathroom for 6 residents. And they charge $3500/mo.
