Facility staff are very friendly. Met Ms Tina, Leonora, Nicole, Christopher, and other staffs when we stopped by to thank them in taking care of our family member. I used to work in a facility and each staff member has assigned patients. Here in Camden, they don’t say, he is not my patient, he is assigned to somebody else. Camden Post Acute Care is a great skilled nursing facility located in the heart of Silicon Valley. Attentive staff and management team. Four major hospitals: Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, O’Connor Hospital, Good Samaritan Hospital and El Camino Los Gatos are located within 5-10 mile radius.
