This place is horrible! Some staff is great but the majority are not. Administrators don’t care. Place is not well maintained or clean. I refer to it now as “hell.” I would not send my dog here although my mom endured a week there recently - horrible!

My experience with this place is that it is a very well run place. Everybody, from the director to the janitor to the pt and ot is just always very helpful with any questions or concerns you might have, and everybody feels like your best friend. My mother In-law is a patient there, the care she is receiving is exceptional! Any issues that arise are handled promptly and professionally! If it wasn’t for Kelly the director of nursing who has made herself available to my wife to help her get thru all the issues with my mother in-law! The staff is priceless in our eyes!
