I would be neglectful if l failed to warn prospective residents' families about the sheer lack of communication with nursing , social services and entire staff here. Generally there is neither feedback nor follow up to inquiries -- IF you can reach staff by phone ( a previous Administrator explained getting a nurse to answer phone " hit or miss".... !).
