Workers here are incredible as far as CNA.. Nurses are another matter. I was admitted Nov 15th. Pain meds were withheld for 4 days. They offered me Tylenol which is useless for a fractured femur Constant lying about staff. MHNP came to me. Asking questions and no one knew who she was !! Maybe stealing identities!! I was apprehensive about going to rehab facility but was pleased with this facility. All the CNA's were very helpful and kind to me. I had one CNA that I had most during the day, Graciela, who was always there when I needed her, this was much appreciated. The nurses, case workers, PT department were all great.

My dad is at Anaheim Crest Nursing Center, so after work, I go to see my dad, which means the staff I meet are those on the 3-11pm shift. Without exception, every single one of them is so, so kind and treats me and my dad like family. They always have smiling faces, and you can see how hard they try to help with anything.
